Sora-to-Veo-3.1-or-Kling-3.0 Video Workflow Rebuild Concierge For Creators Stranded by the April 26 Shutdown
Sora's consumer app and web product were killed on April 26, 2026 with no in-product replacement and very little export tooling. Hobbyist creators and small studios with half-finished projects, prompt libraries, character LoRAs, and storyboards built around Sora are stuck rebuilding from scratch on Veo 3.1, Kling 3.0, or Runway, each with different prompt grammars, aspect-ratio defaults, and audio pipelines. The opening is a fixed-fee rebuild service that ports a creator's Sora prompt history into the new-tool equivalent, swaps in voice/SFX (which Sora never shipped natively), and delivers a working pipeline in a week.
Pick ONE destination platform (Veo 3.1 is the safe bet because of the audio) and become the world's best Sora-to-Veo translator before expanding. The diff between platforms is real (aspect ratios, prompt verbs, character locking) and the value is doing it once per customer rather than ten times. Indie filmmakers will pay $300 to get back to where they were on April 25th.

Destinations exist; nobody is in the business of translating one specific (now-dead) tool's body of work into the new tool that does the closest equivalent.
